Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable usage policy, AUP, applies to all customers of Finch Hosting. This includes and is not restricted to all customers of any resellers of Finch Hosting. Finch Hosting reserves the right to change any part or all of this AUP at any time without prior notice.

Please be sure to read this page in full before signing up for any of Finch Hosting's web hosting plans. If you have any questions about any part of this AUP please be sure to email us at info@finchhosting.com before signing up with any of our plans. Signing up with any of Finch Hosting's plans will be deemed as a confirmation that you agree with all sections of this AUP.

Finch Hosting reserves the right to discontinue or deny access, without any prior notice, to anyone who violates the terms and/or restrictions set forth on this page. If you do not agree with any part of this AUP please discontinue you account immediately and email us at info@finchhosting.com.

General Policies

Unacceptable uses of your account include, but are not limited to: Bulk e-mailing, unsolicited e-mailings, spam site advertising, newsgroup spamming, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez, cracks, software serial numbers, online gambling, and/or anything else determined by us to be unacceptable use of Finch Hosting 's services.

Prohibited Activities:

Mass Emailing by anyone through the Finch Hosting network is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes ANY of the email address's hosted by Finch Hosting.
Resale or giving away of Finch Hosting’s products and services without the express prior written consent by Finch Hosting, unless you are a authorized reseller.
The running of any malicious software on the Finch Hosting network, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, crackers, or worms.
Any kind of network monitoring done on the Finch Hosting network without written consent by Finch Hosting is also strictly prohibited.
Any sending of any information to Finch Hosting's or any other internet network in the attempt to disrupt that network.
Providing Finch Hosting with false or incorrect data on the order form including but not limited to name, address, phone number and/or credit card number.
Access other networks and abusing their resources from the Finch Hosting network such as sending emails or news postings through another networks server.

Responsibility:

As a user on the Finch Hosting network you are responsible for all of the information and/or data pertaining to your account. This includes taking responsibility for all the material on your site and stored in your account to ensure that is does not violate and local, state, federal, or international laws.

Resellers:

As a reseller of Finch Hosting services you are responsible for all of your users material and are expected to hold them responsible for it as well, Finch Hosting reserves the right to cancel one of your users accounts should they violate any/all of the rules set forth on this page.

Finch Hosting makes no guarantee of the security and/or privacy of the information either stored on the Finch Hosting technology or transmitted through the Finch Hosting network and makes no guarantee that any other entity will be included and/or excluded from the Finch Hosting network. Finch Hosting staff may also periodically monitor the transmissions on the Finch Hosting network for maintenance and/or service quality assurance.

Should anyone violate any aspect of this AUP your account may be terminated at the discretion of the Finch Hosting staff without notice and without refund.
